Daniel completed his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Melbourne, and he is admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria.

During his studies, Daniel volunteered at the Asylum Seekers Resource Centre, where he gained valuable experience helping clients from diverse backgrounds.

Before joining Fumens, Daniel worked at boutique law firms that dealt with matters involving Commercial, Family, Property, and Immigration Law.

Daniel is currently a solicitor of our Family and Criminal Team. He provides legal services to clients in Property Settlement, Parenting, and Divorce. Daniel also appears in the Magistrates’ Court for various matters such as Family Violence.

Daniel speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
