Kate completed her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Melbourne. She holds legal qualifications both in Australia and China.

After her admission to practice by the Supreme Court of Victoria, Kate has specialised in different aspects of commercial and property matters, especially purchase and sale of business, residential and commercial properties, leasing, loan agreements, and corporate agreements.

Kate also advises in will and estate and employment law matters.

Kate is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. She often advises and represents clients from China and other Asian backgrounds.
