Penny is a dynamic solicitor on our Family and Criminal Law Team, combining a resolute, supportive approach with a sharp mind and unwavering commitment to her clients. Currently, she handles complex family law matters and prepares binding financial agreements, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed and her clients’ rights are firmly defended.

Her early work in an accounting firm in Malaysia honed her organizational skills and focused approach. After earning her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Tasmania, she was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Victoria.

During her studies, Penny volunteered at the Migrant Resources Centre, assisting refugees and further developing her ability to support individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Prior to joining our firm, she gained experience in property law, conveyancing, immigration, commercial law, wills and estates, and criminal law, broadening her perspective and enhancing her problem-solving skills.

Known for her methodical approach and quick thinking, Penny is dedicated to achieving positive outcomes, serving as a reliable legal partner throughout her clients’ journeys.
