We are seeking talented legal professionals navigating a diverse and engaging caseload across commercial, property, family, litigation and migration.
You will become an integral part of our dynamic team, advising a broad spectrum of clients on complex and strategic matters. The role will offer genuine autonomy, direct client engagement, and the opportunity to expand your expertise within a fast-growing firm.
• Commercial Law:
Provide expert advice on a range of commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, business sales and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, terms and conditions, and general corporate advisory.
• Property Law:
Manage complex property transactions, including commercial and residential conveyancing, commercial leasing, property development, subdivisions, and property dispute resolution.
• Commercial Litigation:
Actively manage and resolve commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, debt recovery, partnership disputes, and property litigation, through negotiation, mediation, and court proceedings in Victoria.
• Family Law:
Provide legal advice and representation to clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, separation, property settlement, child custody, spousal maintenance, and family violence matters. Draft, review and negotiate legal documents such as consent orders, parenting plans, financial agreements and court applications. Represent clients in various forums, including mediation, conciliation and court proceedings.
• Migration:
Provide legal advice and representation to individuals, families and businesses on a wide range of Australian immigration matters, including developing tailored and strategic migration pathways, preparing and lodging high-quality visa applications, nominations and sponsorship applications, representing clients in review and appeals with AAT and potentially in federal courts.
• Required years of Post Admission Experience (PAE) with a demonstrable track record in practice areas.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and efficiently.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships and good sense of business development.
• Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills.
