Casey was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2017, earning recognition in the legal community for his exceptional expertise and broad practical experience. Born in Hong Kong, Casey moved to Australia at the age of 17, and is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, which enables him to effectively navigate legal matters in culturally diverse contexts.

Casey graduated from the prestigious Monash University, holding a double degree in Law and Business (Banking and Finance). He currently leads the Dispute and Litigation Department at Fumens, where he heads a dynamic team focused on resolving complex commercial disputes and cross-border legal issues.

Prior to joining Fumens, Casey handled numerous high-value commercial disputes involving millions of dollars and gained extensive experience in cross-jurisdictional litigation. In addition to his expertise in commercial litigation, he has also accumulated practical experience in property, construction and employment law, offering clients comprehensive legal support across a wide range of matters.

Known for his meticulous approach and clear, logical thinking, Casey is highly regarded by both clients and peers for his ability to strategically manage cases and achieve favourable outcomes.
