Elaine completed her Juris Doctor degree at Bond University, and was admitted to the legal profession as a lawyer by the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2023. Born in China, Elaine moved to Australia at the age of 17. Elaine is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Elaine is a team member of our Dispute and Litigation Department. Since commencing her career at Fumens, Elaine has gained considerable work experience in civil and commercial dispute and litigation, employment law and property law matters.
