Nick Zheng was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2017 and, subsequently, the High Court in 2021. Having been raised in New Zealand, Nick speaks fluent English and Mandarin. Nick holds Bachelor of Law degree from Queen Mary University of London and a master’s degree in Medical Ethics and Law from King’s College London.

Nick frequently appears in the Magistrates’ Court and has experience handling a wide range of criminal matters from family violence related charges to white collar crimes.

Nick mainly practices family and criminal law. He has handled complex family law litigations dealing with tens of millions of dollars’ worth of Australian and overseas assets.
