Vivian is an Australian Legal Practitioner, having completed her degree in Juris Doctor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and been admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Victoria. Vivian has also undertaken further legal education at Monash University with high distinction in company and property law subjects.

With a passion for corporate and commercial law, Vivian undertook several internships and worked at different law firms both in Melbourne and Hong Kong, where she gained practical experience in drafting legal documents such as loan agreements, shareholders’ agreements, trademark licence agreements and deed of settlement. Besides that, Vivian has also practiced in immigration law and worked with clients for their partner visa, protection visa and visa refusal matters.

Since commencing her career at Fumens Lawyers, Vivian has gained considerable work experience in business, commercial, will & estate and lease related matters, which involves reviewing different legal documents and giving advice to her clients to achieve what they want and safeguard their best interests.

Vivian enjoys helping her clients and is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Coming from a multicultural bilingual background, Vivian is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
