Charlotte advises clients with commercial and contractual disputes, debt recovery, commercial and retail leasing, the sale and purchase of businesses, and the drafting and review of commercial contracts. In litigation, she prepares court documents, affidavits, pleadings and correspondence, as well as briefs to counsel. She supports clients through negotiation, mediation and hearing.
Charlotte also advises individuals and families on wills, powers of attorney and estate planning, and assists with estate administration. She has experience with property and land title matters, including transfers arising from family law settlements.
Charlotte is fluent in English and Mandarin, and acts for both business and indivual clients including those with cross-border intreests between Australia and China.
