With his Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne and admission to the Supreme Court of Victoria, Daniel has built a strong practice across both criminal and family law.
Daniel’s legal foundation was shaped by his dedication to social justice, beginning with his work at the Asylum Seekers Resource Centre. This early experience fostered his ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and handle sensitive matters with both empathy and precision.
Before joining Fumens, Daniel developed a broad legal perspective at boutique firms, handling matters across Commercial, Family, Property, and Immigration Law. This background gives him a nuanced understanding of how different areas of law intersect and impact his clients’ cases.
