Daisy Deng

Daisy is a Solicitor at Fumens Lawyers who assists clients across a broad range of legal matters, including commercial law, property law, litigation, family law, wills and estates, and conveyancing.

She adopts a practical and solutions-focused approach, working closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide clear, commercially sensible advice. Daisy has experience assisting both individuals and businesses through a wide variety of legal matters, from everyday transactions to complex disputes.

Her experience includes acting in business sales and acquisitions, commercial and retail leasing, residential and commercial conveyancing, contract drafting and review, shareholder agreements, and general commercial advice. She also assists clients with civil and commercial litigation, preparing court documents, affidavits, pleadings and correspondence, and working with counsel throughout the litigation process.

In addition, Daisy advises clients in family law matters, including divorce applications, property settlements and consent orders, and assists individuals and families with wills, estate planning and succession matters.

Before joining Fumens Lawyers, Daisy worked in several Melbourne law firms, gaining experience across multiple areas of practice and managing files from commencement through to completion. This broad background enables her to identify legal issues from different perspectives and provide practical, well-rounded advice.

Daisy holds a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Laws from Zhejiang University. She is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Victoria and holds an Australian Practising Certificate.
